I really recommend:

This amazing story was first published in August 1977 and is still one of the best books ever written. I lent it to a friend when it first came out and his wife was very annoyed when he stayed up all night reading it.

The sequel is also well worth reading.

I forgot how truly captivating these stories are. I read them as fast as I could to find out what happened next!

WARNING: Both these books might make you THINK!! I know they certainly enforced the reasons I am a pacifist and pray, every day, for the end to wars and hatred!

Yesterday I found out setting up the distribution for my books will take about 6 weeks. Once it is done, your local bookseller, library or school can purchase copies for a reduced price.

This means you can drop in your local bookstore and ask them to order you a copy of one of my books!

Or ask your school or public librarian to add a copy to their collection so everyone has a chance to read it.

But 6 weeks is a LOOOOONG time!!

So after a good talk with my husband, we have decided to take some time off. He will take next week off work. We plan to have a lovely Thanksgiving weekend and then just relax.

I do not think we will be going anywhere so I will drop in now and then to see how you are doing, but mostly I shall be spending some quality time with my family.

I am VERY happy to announce we are through the set up for the printers. I know it took a LONG time!! I learned so many new things!! The covers were the most difficult parts to get right. The printer has to trim quite a bit so I kept getting messages to move my design further inside the edges .

But WE DID IT!!

I think this photo really shows how the world looks when Jenny makes a wish and gets stuck inside it! Especially near the end when the trees start drifting apart.

I painted the pink background which represents her wedding dress and the color blue is very important in the story so I added it with flowers.

Thanks again to my buddy Jacob for helping me turn Mr. Chuckles into an AWESOME logo!!

We have a bubble maker and had lots of fun with it during summer birthdays! Wonderful to see how random things come together!

And what is my buddy, monkeyrock, doing on my blog? He’s saying wonderful things about me!! lol

SO there we are!! Now waiting for the Proofs (first copy of a book so everyone involved can check it over for any errors). Remember the last time, Inside a Wish got lost in the mail, and they had to send me a replacement, so I do NOT want to promise a date this time.
